Learn from Emily Rose: Ontario Beekeepers' Association (OBA) Vice President, and owner of Emily Rose Apiaries - a local beekeeping operation. With over 7 years of commercial beekeeping experience, she will take you on a deep dive into all aspects of beekeeping to expand on your knowledge.
These seminars are presented as a two part series. Each talk consists of two hours of lecture time, with a 30 min Q&A at the halfway point. This is part two of the series, designed for those who have taken Introduction to Beekeeping I, or those with prior beekeeping experience. We will be discussing intermediate topics, including: common queen problems, making splits, detailed pest and disease management, and more. Tickets include a take-home supplementary booklet designed to accompany the course material.
The ticket price is $40+hst. Discounts are available for large groups and attendees under 18. Contact us for more details on specialty pricing.
