Finding balance and making choices based on values have been at the center of Nancy’s three decade career.

Starting at the beginning where the product meets the consumer, Nancy began as a merchandiser for L’Oreal.  ‘The art of a sale’ was added to Nancy’s skill set when she joined a large broker, where she was later recognized as the first ever recipient of the William Dunne Award of Excellence.  

Returning to her cosmetics roots, Nancy was recruited to Revlon as Director of Sales where her passion for leading teams was illustrated by delivering positive double digit results from repeated years of decline.

Appointed VP Sales and Marketing for Sally Hansen, under Nancy’s leadership the company tripled in size in four short years.  Nancy’s creative juices were stimulated with product development projects that she would pioneer in Canada before global rollout.  With the acquisition of Sally Hansen by Coty Inc., a global cosmetic company and the world’s fragrance leader, Nancy remained as VP marketing for the Colour Division managing Rimmel, Sally Hansen and NYC to continued growth.

In pursuit of personal balance, Nancy then took a sabbatical.  This included travelling to study the history of The Feminine and Matriarchy, Study of Archetypes and even her first music album.  It was at this time that Nancy received her certification in Coaching and Design Thinking. 

With a more broad, lucid, and probing view, Nancy more recently made her home at Clorox where she led the cosmetic roll out for Burts Bees making Canada the number one Global execution. 

Nancy continues to be inspired by her now 27 year old entrepreneurial son Connor. She lives in the beautiful Northumberland County area with her husband Paul where music and nature are enthusiastically woven in daily.
