FIRESIDE CHAT: Minimalism - live simply. - This event has already occurred
Thursday, April 11, 2019 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Spring is here and 'tis the season for decluttering, getting organized, and setting new goals. Join us in the Venture13 Lecture Hall for our next installment of the Fireside Chat on the practice of Minimalism in business, at home, and in life.
This free event will include a panel discussion, moderation, and audience Q&A.
So, what is minimalism? It's a tool to help remove the excess "stuff" that takes up precious space in our homes, and our heads. The many "things" which distract us from whats really important in life - happiness, fulfillment, and freedom. The wonderful thing about minimalism is that when you really dig in, you realize that when you live with less, your life becomes more than you ever imagined.
Join us as we chat by the fireside with four local experts who are practicing minimalism in their professional and personal lives:
- Louise Nettleton - Professional Organizer and Owner + Chief Simplicity Expert at Simplify
- Margarida Medeiros - Mental Health & Mindfulness Expert at the Nurturing Health Clinic
- Lucas Cleveland - Co-owner of Market & Smør
- Catherine Gissing - Owner of SAGE Relocation Services
Tony Armstrong from Headwaters Farm will be moderating the conversation.
