RBC and the NMA invite you to a fireside chat to discuss best practices and answer your questions on health and wellness within your manufacturing front lines.

Experts:

Jack Veith, Canadian Mental Health Association
Jack Veitch is the Manager of Community Engagement and
Education with the Canadian Mental Health Association, Haliburton, Kawartha,
Pine Ridge Branch. Jack has worked with his local CMHA branch for over thirteen
years in a variety of roles including; Housing, Community Support, Intensive
Case Management and Forensic Case Management.

In his current role, Jack teaches a variety of certificate
courses including safeTALK, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training,
Mental Health Works, Mental Health First Aid, Living Life to the Full and is a
Certified Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace Advisor. Jack was a
part of the team that helped to create the Ontario Hockey League/CMHA Ontario
Talk Today program, in which he currently works as the Peterborough Petes
Mental Health Coach

Chris Holton, Wello, Virtual Healthcare for Employees
Chris Holton is an Account Executive with Wello, and in the
past he has held roles within the Group Benefits space as well as within the HR
Tech industry.

He is no stranger to the topic of healthcare, HR
transformation and employee engagement, and is passionate about the future of
work and the importance of employee health as it relates to business
performance.

Rochelle Pickering, Optimize Wellness Solutions
Rochelle Pickering is the Owner of Optimize Wellness
Solutions. She helps companies establish or improve their Workplace Wellness
strategy.

A wellness program offers engaging health themes each month
with corresponding activities such as interactive presentations, newsletters,
events, and health coaching. She works virtually with Human Resources and
Health and Safety teams, Owners and CEOs of all industries including
manufacturing to promote organizational well-being.

Rochelle has over 11 years of Corporate Wellness experience,
holds a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, and specializes in healthy
lifestyle coaching. Optimize Wellness Solutions believes in empowering people
and organizations. Through wellness programming we can provide motivation,
education and confidence to cultivate a sense of satisfaction in the workplace.
